INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS
1) The Municipality of Batuan, through the Appropriation Ordinance No.17-series 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP 2, 469, 600.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and installation of solar street lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the Supply and installation of solar street lights using the LCRB. Delivery of the Goods is required within 75 days from receipt of the NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 8 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
