Dear Sir/Madam:
Human Appeal (HA) wish to set up a Framework Agreement (FWA) for supply and Installation of RHU and associated accessories in West Mosul, Iraq hereby request you to submit price quotations for the materials listed on the attached Bidding Form titled ‘ITB No. HA-ITB-2018-513-.
The ITB details are as follows:
Commodity: Installation of RHU and accessories
ITB Period: 21 Calendar days
ITB Closure Date and Time: 3rd Oct, 2018 at 03:00 pm Required Minimum validity period: 60 days
The following documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the HA Tender Opening Committee:
The attached HA ITB Bid Form (Annex A) must be completed and submitted in accordance with the ITB Instructions for Participation, Annex B. The Delivery Period and Country of Origin, if required, must also be shown on the Bid Form.
The attached Instructions for Participation (Annex B) must completed and be duly authorized by an authorized company representative and a copy of the Company Registration Certificate accompanying.
