Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Permanent Transmission Line Tower.
Sealed bids should be prepared separately for the technical and financial proposal (One Original and One Copy), and submitted in one sealed envelope, duly signed by the authorized personnel of the bidder and clearly marked “Confidential” ORIGINAL AND COPY and “Proposals for Supply and Installation of Permanent Transmission Line Tower No.1, Ref ID No.: NNP1PC-CF-TD-2019-19”. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in amount of (not less than 2% of the bid price or provided amount) in USD. The Bid Security form shall be a bank guarantee in accordance with the provided form in the request for proposal documents.
You are also invited to attend the pre-bid meeting at Client-s base camp office (OSOV), at Bolikhan District, Bolikhamxay Province, and participate on a site visit on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 2:00pm. Bid must be delivered to the address below in hard copy by or before 17:00pm, Friday, November 15, 2019. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidders.
