02-2026 - 1 Acquisition of a nurse call system, its installation and maintenance for a renewable period of 48 months. The market is not divided into lots due to the technically integrated and indivisible nature of the nurse call system set up. The system constitutes a single functional unit including call equipment, communication nodes, licenses, interfaces, terminals, configuration, commissioning, tests, as well as possible maintenance and support services. These different components must operate in a perfectly coordinated manner in order to guarantee the continuity, reliability and security of the nurse call system. A division of the market into several lots would be likely to create significant risks of coordination difficulties between separate successful bidders, particularly in terms of technical compatibility, configuration, liability in the event of a malfunction, continuity of service, integration testing and overall system warranty. It could also harm the proper execution of the contract and compromise the clear determination of responsibilities in the event of an incident or unavailability of the system.
