Tender Details

The Institut Médico Educatif (IME) la Roseraie is currently located at 5 rue du Capitaine Michel in LILLE. This building presents numerous technical, constructive, energy problems as well as compliance with PMR and health standards. The EPDSAE therefore projects to transfer its activity to the site of the Speech and Hearing Rehabilitation Institute (IRPA) in Ronchin. The IRPA is a public establishment which welcomes children with hearing impairment upon confirmation of the disability, birth and until the age of 20. The IRPA of RONCHIN, owned by the Department of the North, is located Place de l'Abbé de l'Epée. However, the IRPA premises cannot accommodate all of the IME's activities. Thus, the objective of this market is the establishment of long-term modular buildings on the IRPA site in order to meet the needs of the IME
