1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 2, 800, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Height Adjustable Downdraft Autopsy Table with Instruments and Mobile Led O.R. Lights under IB No. 2025-09-22 (38). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
