Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [5] years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least [1] contract successfully completed within the last [3] years, with a value of at least Tk [1, 50, 00, 000]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The proof of experience submitted by the tenderer for Specific Experience should be signed by Executive Engineer or higher ranked officer of govt./semi-govt./autonomous organization. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 160.0 Lac.Tenderer must have to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter/ Distributor Authorization Letter from Local office as per technical specificationTenderer must have to submit: (i) Updated trade license, (ii) VAT registration certificate, (iii) Updated Income Tax Clearance/Acknowledgement certificate, (iv) Bank Solvency CertificateOther Eligibility of Tenderer as per TDS.
