Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Fire Safety System

Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites service provider registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to supply and install a fire safety system at its Head Office, located at 4 Park Boulevard, Kingston 5.

SCOPE:
The service provider will be required to:
• Remove the existing analog fire detection system on the ground floor, the basement and 1st and 2nd floors.
• Supply and install a new addressable system, to provide full coverage for the entire building.
• Install new infrastructure to provide through containment boxes, conduits, raceways and all wiring required.
• Relocate existing and supply and install new fire extinguishers and signage.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Tenderers must provide:
• Evidence of tax compliance.
• A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) / National Contracts Commission (NCC) Registration Certificate in the categories of Safety Products OR Safety & Security Services - Fire Safety Products and Equipment - Installation & Service.
