The object of the contract is the supply and installation of exhibition structures, equipment and lighting elements on the Ground Floor and on the 1st floor of the Palace in the former royal Tatoi Estate.
The items to be procured are classified under the following code of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts CPV: 39154000-6: Exhibition Equipment.
Her assignment contract is not possible in the form of separate sections, due to the fact that the exhibition constructions form a single aesthetic and functional whole with the elements of the exhibition equipment and exhibition lighting.
The total estimated value of the contract amounts to €1, 672, 580.65 excluding including VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: €2, 074, 000.00, VAT: €401, 419.35).
The delivery time of the materials under supply is defined in up to eight (8) months from the date of signing the contract and no later than 04-30-2026.
