Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 years.02. The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate of civil construction or civil repair and maintenance works under Public sector amounting not less than Tk 4.00 (Four) Lakh only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 5 (Five) years.03. The minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 6.00 (Six) Lakh only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement or credit facilities should not be before tender publication date in the e-GP Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for banks undertaking for line of credit (form e-PW2A-8).04. The required average construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.00 (Three) Lakh only over the last 3 (Three) financial years.05. Tenderer must submit up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT Registration certificate & TIN certificate with up-to-date income tax return certificate/ acknowledgment slip.06. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.07. Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.08.
