The Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh has a requirement for supply and installation of Carpet. (specification attached).
All literature and discussions pertaining to this project will be in the English language. Any translations if desired by the offerors must be made at their expense. If you intend to submit a quotation, please ensure to include Technical Specification document, Samples may be required.

Proposal Submission:
The proposal must be submitted by email at [email protected], on or before 17:00 Hrs., July 5th, 2023. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
Technical Capability: The proposal shall meet all the requirements contained herein. The offerors shall provide with their proposal, at a minimum, in written English the following information.
Evidence that the offeror operates an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing and is registered to conduct business in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsibility will be determined by analyzing whether the apparent successful offeror complies with the requirement of FAR subpart 9.1 including: Ability to comply with the required performance period, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments. Satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. Necessary organization, experience, and skills or the ability to obtain them. Necessary equipment and facilities or the ability to obtain them; and Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations.
