1. The Municipality of Jordan, through the LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Pesos Only (P348, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Brand New Aircon for the Command Center ITB No. 2026-057. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
