Supply and installation of air-conditioning equipment Description: The subject of the order is the supply and installation of air-conditioning equipment in an administrative building managed by a public contractor with registered office: Suvorovova 5/A, Pezinok (hereinafter also "work"), according to: a) project documentation (hereinafter "PD") developedj PIK-VZT s.r.o. Bratislava (supplied to the public procurer), b) material, time schedule of works and control and test plan developed by the contractor (hereinafter referred to as "work schedule").c) carrying out a review, a guarantee test lasting 72 hours and other necessary testsprescribed by standards and PD, d) commissioning of air-conditioning equipment and training of the public contractor's staff, e) preparation and delivery of documentation of the actual execution of the work, 1x in printed form and 1x in electronic form. data carriers, f) free of charge professional - service inspections and testsfor air conditioning equipment during the two-year warranty period, at least once a year in the month of March. while the date will be determined after agreement with the public procurer. During professional and service inspections, the contractor shall perform all actions stipulated by technical standards and relevant legislation concerningof air conditioning equipment, including: cleaning and disinfection of elements of indoor and outdoor units, cleaning and disinfection of filters, inspection of wiring of indoor and outdoor units, measurement of vapor temperatures, consumption currents, sensor resistances, transition resistances, checksand pressures of the cooling circuits, checking the tightness of the system, • checking the proper tightening of conductive connections, visual inspection and checking the noise level and patency of the condensate drain, • preparing reports on the condition of the equipment with measured values ​​in accordance with the provisions of Act no. 286/2009 Coll. about fluorogreenhouse gases and on the amendment and addition of some laws in the wording of later regulations, • preparation of protocols, reports on professional - service inspections and tests carried out.
