ITB NO. 2024-03-006

1. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon through its General Funds CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty Two Pesos & 00/100 (PHP 609, 242.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment of the Supply and Installation of Air Conditioner Units for Legislative Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Installation of Air Conditioner Units for Legislative Building (see Section VI of the ITB for the schedule of requirements) Delivery of the GOODS is required by 7 calendar days upon award of contract.
