Invitation to Bid for the Supply & Installation of Brand New 300 KVA Diesel Generator Set
1. The Municipality of Malilipot, Albay, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos and 67/100 (₱2, 668, 785.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of New Generator Set, in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malilipot now invites bids for the supply & installation of one (1) unit 300 KVA Diesel Generator, Silent Type (220V, Closed Type, Prime), to include delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and materials for exhaust pipe and wiring from generator set to MTS.
