Project Name : Supply of Padma River's Water to Barind Area for Extension of Irrigation by Double Lifting System (EIDL) Project.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The tenderer must be a manufacturer or authorized agent of foreign manufacturer having Valid trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, BIN, IRC, TIN, Income tax clearance certificate and ISO 9001:2015 (or updated certificate).2) The manufacturer is required to hold a valid industrial license, an environmental clearance certificate from the Department of Environment (DoE), Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) and ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certifications. For the product, a certificate verifying compliance with ISO 4427-2:2007 or an equivalent standard is also necessary.3) The tenderer must have 5 years of general experience of manufacturing & supplying of similar goods and related service.4) Tenderers must meet two distinct criteria within the last five years (from the e-GP IFT publication date) to be eligible:i) They must have successfully completed for supplying 500 mm or larger diameter HDPE pipes and fittings, worth at least Tk. 14.00 crore against double contract. for a Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.ii) They must also have experience of installing 500 mm or larger diameter HDPE pipelines valued at Tk. 2.00 crore against double contract for a Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.iii) Full details are available in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). Certificates verifying these experiences must be issued by an Executive Engineer or equivalent rank or higher.
