Relevant Experiencea. RFID-Based Library Management System• At least one (01) completed contract in the last five (05) years, the minimum value Tk. 12, 50, 000 (Twelve lakh fifty thousand), for RFID-based library management system including Turnstile Gate & Visitor Management System, implemented in a University, Public, or Special Library.• Must submit verifiable contract documents.b. Library Automation Software• At least two (02) completed custom-developed Library Automation Software projects for Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organizations with completion certificates and live links and relevant completion certificates.3. Financial Capacity• Minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit line: Tk. 16, 00, 000 (Sixteen Lakh Taka Only).• Audited financial statements for last three (03) years with Digital Verification Code (DVC).4. Specialist Requirement• Must have an experienced RFID Integration Specialist; include CV and client endorsement validating expertise.5.
