Lot 1: Supply and implementation of Variable Message Panels (PMV SC)
As an indication, the services consist in providing and implementingVariable messages panels installed in the current section.
The services include the supply and implementation of a complete set (panel + structure + associated civil engineering) or the only replacement of existing obsolete panels while retaining the structure in place.
Besides the workInstallation and deposit, the services include studies, control and reception operations, the delivery of harvesting files and recycling of the equipment filed.
The framework agreement also includes the supply and implementation of panel accessories (railings, listed, etc.), their control cabinet, as well as the electrical connection cables and associated networks.
