1) The City Government of Malabon, through the Capital Outlay - Information and Communication Technology Equipment included in the Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION PESOS (PhP8, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DOCUMENT SECURITY HOLOGRAM SEAL SYSTEM WITH BLOCKCHAIN-BASED SEAL REGISTRY OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF MALABON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
