The purpose of this contract is to upgrade remote management equipment in anticipation of the removal of RTC, 2G and 3G lines. It includes: •the purchase, supply and installation of equipment (programmable industrial controllers, data loggers, 4G/5G communication equipment), • associated electrical and wiring work, •integration into existing Topkapi type supervision, •the creation or updating of synoptics, •the implementation of works laws validated by the Agency of Rhine-Meuse Water, •cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (self-monitoring). The contract concerns 27 lifting stations and 19 storm spillways (including 13 to be re-equipped) across the entire CCRG territory.
