3.2. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel (high-methane natural gas type E) within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law, covering the sale and distribution of gaseous fuel on the needs of the Ordering Party in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 for the installations located in the mentioned buildings (acceptance locations): 1) Technical and Information Technology School Complex ul. Starowiejska 4, 34-730 Mszana Dolna, 2) Technical and IT School Complex, ul. Matejki 11, 34-730 Mszana Dolna3.3. the total expected consumption of gas fuel (for all reception locations) is: 853, 393 kWh.3.4. The given expected amount of gas fuel consumption (total and for individual collection points, in accordance with Annex No. 5 to the SWZ) may differ from the actual consumption of gas fuel during the period contracts. This quantity is only indicative for comparison of submitted offers and in no case constitutes an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase gaseous fuel in the given quantity.
