The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) on-or, about June 5, 2026, for the acquisition of flat bronze markers in support of VA s Memorial Product Services (MPS). The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) furnishes headstones, markers, niche covers, and medallions (monuments) for deceased veterans worldwide. Memorial monuments are also furnished to memorialize veterans whose remains are non-recoverable. The purpose of this requirement is to supply and to distribute flat bronze markers worldwide.
The agency is contemplating single award of an Indefinite-Quantity Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) contract with Firm fixed price (FFP) task orders to the contractor whose submission represents best value to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 331529 Other Nonferrous Metal Foundries. Interested parties shall be registered in the System for Award Management at (www.sam.gov). Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download on the SAM website. No paper copies of the pre-solicitation/solicitation will be available, and no telephone requests for paper copies of the pre-solicitation/solicitation will be accepted.
