Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (3) years.(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least Two (2) contracts successfully completed within the last Three (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Nineteen Lac (19, 00, 000) only under any govt. organization/Semi Government/Autonoromus Organization.(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Nineteen Lac (19, 00, 000) only.(v) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:1. Bidder up to date-Trade License, BIN Certificate, TIN and last income tax certificate of the last assessment year & Bank Solvency Certificate.2. Authorization Letter for Tender Submission and signed by the bidder-s authority.3. Technical Specifications of the bid document shall be properly filled up by the bidder-s official pad with seal and signature with 01 (One) year declared warranty certificate.4. In Technical Specification area no comply or any others ambiguity terms are not allowed.5. Up to date BASIS Membership Certificate.6.
