1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php11, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery/Installation of the INTEGRATED DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (I-READY). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery/Installation of the INTEGRATED DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (I-READY).
