The framework agreement with maximum is entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a permanent grouping of orders whose coordinator of the group of orders is the City of Besançon.
