SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WELL-MILLED RICE
BID No. CMB-252A
1) The City of Iloilo through the Welfare Goods Expenses - GFP intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos (₱3, 171, 663.00.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Well-Milled Rice. Delivery of the Goods is required Upon Receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) the Supplier shall deliver the first batch of supply consisting of Five Hundred Fifty (550) sacks, equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total quantity, on or before August 30, 2026. Thereafter, the remaining quantity of supply shall be delivered in full on or before November 30, 2026.
