The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) has received financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for implementation of the project Water Sector Resilience Nexus for Sustainability in Barbados (WSRN S-Barbados) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the Contract for the: “Barbados Water Authority (BWA), Barbados - Supply and Delivery of Water Tankers”:

· Lot I - One (1) Tractor Unit for 5000 USG Tank and One (1) Water Tanker of 5, 000 US Gallons capacity with various fittings and accessories

· LOT II - Five (5) Tractor Units for 1200 USG tank and Five (5) Water Tankers of 1, 200 US Gallons capacity with various fittings and accessories

· Lot III - Twelve (12) Trailer mounted 75 GPM centrifugal pump

Dear Sirs,

1. The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (“the Centre) has received financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for implementation of the project Water Sector Resilience Nexus for Sustainability in Barbados (WSRN S-Barbados) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the Contract for the: “Barbados Water Authority (BWA), Barbados - Supply and Delivery of Water Tankers”:

➢ Lot I - One (1) Tractor Unit for 5000 USG Tank and One (1) Water Tanker of 5, 000 US Gallons capacity with various fittings and accessories

➢ LOT II - Five (5) Tractor Units for 1200 USG tank and Five (5) Water Tankers of 1, 200 US Gallons capacity with various fittings and accessories

➢ Lot III - Twelve (12) Trailer mounted 75 GPM centrifugal pump

2. The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (“the Centre) now invites electronic bids from invited bidders for the Goods described above. The Technical Specifications are annexed to the Bidding Documents.

3. The Final Destination for Delivery (Project Site) is Bridgetown, Barbados.


4. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Centre-s Procurement Manual, therefore this Invitation has been issued to select Suppliers.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in PDF Format is attached. Word version of bidding forms are annexed as well.

6. Bids must be uploaded as one (1) single PDF file to: http://www.caribbeanclimate.bz/bid-submission/.

7. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the Evaluation and Qualification Criteria detailed in Section III of the Bid Document.

8. The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the process at any time prior to the contract signature, without thereby incurring any liability.
