INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATER RESCUE EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES FOR MDRRMO USE
1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its TF-LDRRMO 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (₱257, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR5209. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites quotation for the project: Supply and Delivery of Water Rescue Equipment/Supplies for MDRRMO Use with reference no. PR5209, delivery of goods and/ or services shall be required within 45 calendar days upon Notice to Proceed.
3. Interested SUPPLIERS may obtain or acquired further information from Local Government Unit of Gubat and inspect the Request for Quotation at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
