1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum; ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 1, 400, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2026-06-2183. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
