Description : Section I. Invitation to Bid

DA8-Goods-2024-0028 Rebidding (PR No. SAAD 24-01-16-0051)

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the SAAD PROGRAM - 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (P3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Walking Type - Agricultural Tractor - Rotary Tilling Type”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
