1) The Province of Guimaras through the Item 1-8 to SPP- SPP-Veterinary Health Care and Extension Services Provided- 502-99-990 (140, 000.00); Item 9-21 to SPP- SPP-Prevention and Control of Zoonotic and Emerging-Re-emerging Diseases-502-99-990 (59, 610.00) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TEN PESOS ONLY (₱ 199, 610.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VETERINARY SUPPLIES, MATERIALS AND MEDICINES . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
