Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Vehicles and Motorcycle
Supply of Vehicles and Motorcycles (the Goods) as Follows to be Supplied as Described in the Bidding Document:
Lot 1: Pick up (16 Units)
Lot 2: Off-Road Motorbikes (43 Units)

Delivery Period Per Lot is 120 Days. Bidders may Bid for One or Two Lots, Bid Evaluation will be Carried out on a Lot-Wise Basis.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Bunthim Mey, Head of
Procurement Unit, PMU, GMS-CLHVIP, bunthim.mey2012@gmail.com, copy to
bounsokhom168@gmail.com and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below
during working hours from 7:00-11:30 hours in the morning and 14:00 - 17:30 hours in the
afternoon.
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on
the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee USD50.00 (Fifty US Dollars) or its equivalent in Cambodian Riel being KH
Riel 200, 000.00. The method of payment will be in cash or direct deposit to Bank Account
No.0000000013535 of National Bank of Cambodia. The Bidding Documents will be collected
in person or may be sent by email or courier, at the discretion of the Bidder, but the Bidder
has to deposit the fee at the above bank account and to pay for courier charge by his/her
arrangement as appropriate. Other than payment of the non-refundable fee specified above,
there shall be no other conditions for purchasing the Bidding Documents.
