DA8-Goods-2026-17 rebidding (ID No. BT-26-GOODS-STO-10-0003)
1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the ILD STO - 2026 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Pesos Only (P1, 983, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Various Technical and Scientific Equipment”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods shall be within Ninety (90) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
