- must be planted in at least 4-- x 4” x 8” black polyethylene bag
- seedling girth (circumference) must be at least pencil size
- must be at least 1ft. in height
- must have at least 25 matured leaves
- must be indexed as free from pest and diseases (aphids and mealy bugs)
- no parts of the root system must be exposed outside the black polyethylene bag and not root bounded
- mortality of seedlings which occur/happen within 7 days (1 week) from delivery shall be counted
and shall be replaced within fifteen (15) Calendar Days from the receipt of notice
