The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2024 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (PhP4, 000, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges with the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Personal Protective Equipment for SC37 Project (Lots 1 and 2) (Re-bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
