INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS ORTHOPEDIC IMPLANTS FOR FY 2026 UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center through its GAA and its Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Four Million One Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (Php 94, 182, 300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS ORTHOPEDIC IMPLANTS FOR FY 2026 UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT with IB No. 2026-004 BAC I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the fiscal year 2026 after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
