1) The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Three Million Four Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php 23, 426, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Orthopedic Implants. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MHARSMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Orthopedic Implants in accordance with the provisions of Section 12, Rule II of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), ". Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days from the issuance of call-off. Bidders should have Statement of Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) within the last two (2) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, which may be either of the following:
