SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS OPERATING ROOM SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS
(IB No. BAC IV 2026-002)
1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) for FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million One Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos and Twenty-Three Centavos (Php 16, 103, 269.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Operating Room Surgical Instrument. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Operating Room Surgical Instruments using the standard public bidding procedures under RA 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within the fiscal year 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
