Description : INVITATION for NEGOTIATION
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Municipal Government of Kabayan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of Various Office Supplies for MLGU Use (First Quarter) in accordance with section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is One Million Seventy-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (PhP1, 079, 625.00).
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC-Secretariat at the Municipal Budget Office from April 24-May 6, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
