1) The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar, through the MOOE CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Six Thousand One Hundred Ten Pesos (Php 536, 110.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR 3RD-4TH QUARTER 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
