The Procuring Entity, Barangay Balatacan Tangub City intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php. 152, 500.00) to payment under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS OFFICE FURNITURES FOR BARANGAY OFFICE with identification No. BALATACAN-PB-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Balatacan Tangub City now invites bids for the above procurement project, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS OFFICE FURNITURES FOR BARANGAY OFFICE. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184
