The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, using a single-year Framework Agreement for a duration of Eight (8) months through the General Fund-5-02-03-050 intends to apply the sum of Php 388, 616.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-FA-2026-014 Supply and Delivery of Various Non- Perishables (Framework Agreement), QWC, Capitol Hills, Cabarroguis, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
