The Local Government Unit of Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, through the MOOE (MHO), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE PESOS AND 72/100 (P1, 494, 463.72), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICINES FOR THE RHU PHARMACY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
