PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS:
1. The Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte through General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN PESOS & 01/100 ONLY (P199, 987.01), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICINES FOR EKONSULTA LAUNCHING OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE. The delivery place will be at the General Service Office, Tanauan, Leyte. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Tanauan, Leyte now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICINES FOR EKONSULTA LAUNCHING OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE.
