1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Trust Fund (PR#2026-03-01412) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-One Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-Four Pesos (P31, 833, 144.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies at Provincial Hospital Management Services Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan (for use of various hospitals - BDH, LDH, DCH, MDH and MapCH. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
