1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Medical, Dental & Lab. Supplies (PR#2024-03-1553) intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos (P1, 141, 440.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies at Umingan Community Hospital, Umingan, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required Seven (7) Calendar Days.
