The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAYBAY, PANDAN, ANTIQUE, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only(138, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of various Materials for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall 1-Phase 6.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
