Description : Section I. Invitation to Bid

DA8-Goods-2024-0033 Rebidding (PR No. CORN 24-01-29-0030)

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the CORN PROGRAM - 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P1, 960, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Various Machinery and Equipment”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required per schedule. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
