1. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon through its FY 2026 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos & 00/100 (PHP 326, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies for SuCC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies for SuCC. Completion of Works is required within 7 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
