1. The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized appropriations under GAA intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION TWENTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS AND 20/100 ONLY (P4, 021, 230.20) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR CY 2025 (BATCH 45) with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-A-128. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
